Set-up and/or operate CNC mills and/or CNC lathes while maintaining safety, quality and productivity, document set-ups, fixtures and tooling , used on each operation

• Load programs and follow set up sheets
• Review engineering drawings for tooling required
• Basic set up and machine operation
• Inspect each part against drawings to ensure accuracy and finishes
• Maintain equipment and clean work area
• Handle all other duties as requested by management

Education, Credentials and Previous Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Technical Depth and Breadth:

• Ability to understand and read programming code preferred
• Basic knowledge of CNC machine techniques
• Tooling and precision machining experience preferred
• Ability to operate multiple machines
• Ability to perform manual math calculation
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to read and understand complex drawings preferred
• Ability to perform job duties with supervision
