CNC Operator

Key Responsibilities

Setup & Operation: Load raw materials, install cutting tools, and operate programmed machinery according to production schedules.
Quality Control: Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) to ensure they match blueprints.
Machine Monitoring: Monitor feed rates, speeds, and machine cycles, making minor adjustments to avoid defects.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance, such as checking coolant levels and clearing debris, to keep equipment in top condition.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA and company safety standards, wearing required PPE and maintaining a clean work area
