What You'll Do

As a CNC Operator II, you'll play a key role in producing precision components that meet high standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities Include:

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and machining centers
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Load materials and secure workpieces for machining
• Perform inspections using calipers, gauges, and precision measuring tools
• Verify part quality and ensure specifications are met
• Complete production records and work order documentation
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
• Support team members and assist with operator training
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of machining techniques and CNC operating procedures
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic to intermediate math skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machining experience in a production environment
• Technical, vocational, or trade school training
• 5 Axis machine experience, including set-up and operation
• Haas, Doosan hands-on experience
