Overview
Symbiotic Services is hiring a CNC Operator II to set up and operate CNC machinery while contributing to continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up CNC machines using blueprints and job specifications
- Determine feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining sequences
- Perform first article inspections and coordinate QA approvals
- Adjust machine settings to maintain precision and efficiency
- Operate multiple machines and perform secondary operations
- Train and support other operators
- Ensure product quality before moving to next stage
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
Requirements
- 1â3 years CNC setup experience
- 3+ years manufacturing experience
- Experience with offsets, G52, and probing
- Ability to read blueprints
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools
Work Environment
- Industrial setting with machinery, noise, and airborne materials
- PPE required at all times
