CNC Operator - Machinist
Twin City Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented CNC operator - machinist to join a well-established machining company in Becker, MN. This role specializes in precision CNC turning, milling, and screw machine work, handling both prototyping and long-run production. Location: Becker, MN
Wage: $20 – $22+/hr, DOE
Hours: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Thursday

Duties of the CNC operator - machinist role:
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC turning and milling machines
- Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement tools to inspect parts
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Monitor machines to detect malfunctions or deviations
- Document production logs and inspection records
- Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and QC staff to ensure quality and efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Requirements of the CNC operator - machinist role:
- Experience with CNC turning and milling machines
- Understanding of precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Ability to set-up and run a saw/sawing equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
