CNC Machine Operator (HAAS Preferred)

A leading CNC machine manufacturing company in Mineola, TX is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join its production team. This position is responsible for operating CNC equipment, producing precision-machined components, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling and lathe machines to manufacture precision parts
- Set up, load, and monitor machines during production runs
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout a 10-hour shift
- Ability to safely lift and move materials as needed
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing and warehouse environment, including exposure to varying temperatures throughout the year
- Steel-toe boots are required
- Must follow facility dress code
