Pay: $18.00 per hour (DOE)

Shift: Monday Thursday | 6: 00 AM 4: 30 PM

Position Overview
The CNC Operator is responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts in a manufacturing environment. This CNC Operator role includes reading blueprints, performing inspections, and maintaining equipment to ensure quality and efficiency. The ideal CNC Operator is detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced with machining processes.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
Ability to pass background check
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines to produce precision components
Interpret blueprints to ensure accurate machining
Use CMM equipment for inspection and quality control
Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on machines
Fabricate components using various tools and machinery
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Work Environment
Non-climate controlled manufacturing environment
Exposure to machinery, noise, and industrial conditions
Physically active role requiring standing and movement throughout shift
