Required Experience & Skills
Previous CNC machine operation experience required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or on a team
Reliable attendance and transportation
Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
Must pass a background check
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
Interpret blueprints to ensure accurate machining instructions
Utilize CMM and measuring tools for inspection and quality control
Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment
Fabricate components while following safety protocols
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
