Join our high-volume production facility. We are looking for reliable operators to join our team on all shifts.
Shifts Available: • 1st shift • 2nd shift • 3rd shift
Location: Ryerson Rd, New Berlin
Pay Boost: Earn a 6 to 12 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift roles.
Environment: High-volume, fast-paced CNC machining.
Qualifications: • Safety conscious • Quality Minded • Knowledge of Manufacturing • CNC Machining Experience is plus • Familiar with interpreting blueprints • Understanding of basic shop math • Experienced with measuring tools
Responsibilities: • Load and unload CNC Machines, Lathes, and/or Mills • This with more experience will also make insert changes and offsets willing to train • Check the quality of parts using micrometers, calipers, and other gages • Follow control plans to package parts according to customer request
Compensation: This hourly position offers a pay range of $16.00 plus per hour, DOE (Dependent on Experience and Qualifications). This range reflects our commitment to pay transparency and ensuring fair compensation based on market standards for similar roles within our company.
