We are seeking a CNC Operator for 1st shift (4:30 am - 3:00 pm) to operate and set up CNC machines, fabricate parts, and ensure quality production.
- Read and interpret blueprints, gauges, and production orders
- Perform machining operations such as milling, turning, drilling, and sawing
- Inspect finished parts for defects and document traceability
- Maintain equipment, perform basic maintenance, and keep work area clean and safe
- Operate overhead crane and forklift as needed
- Assist with fabrication and other duties as assigned
Requirements: Prior CNC experience or technical training, strong math skills, mechanically inclined, basic machinery knowledge, and good communication skills. High school diploma required. Must pass drug and background tests.
Physical and work environment: Standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, exposure to noise, fumes, and moving parts. A safe, organized, and healthy environment is maintained.
