Seeking a CNC Mill Machine Operator to operate and maintain CNC milling machines in a precision manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include performing self-inspections with gauges and fixtures, utilizing CMM inspections (preferred but not required), changing tools, adjusting machine compensations, and deburring parts under a microscope to ensure quality and prevent FOD.
Qualified candidates should be able to interpret engineering drawings, set up CNC mills, inspect with hand tools, and support a team-oriented, detail-focused approach. Desired skills include experience with web-based applications, flexibility in work schedules, and prior CMM or relevant manufacturing experience.
