CNC Operator – Roofing Fabrication Iron Man Metals | Fort Myers, FL Pay: $20.00–$27.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt Build Your Career with Iron Man Metals Iron Man Metals is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our fabrication team in Fort Myers. If you have experience operating CNC machinery, enjoy working with precision equipment, and take pride in producing quality products, we want to meet you. This position is responsible for operating CNC equipment used in the fabrication of custom roofing components while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. What You'll Do Set up, program, and operate CNC fabrication equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and production specifications. Configure machine settings and tooling to ensure accurate production. Safely load and unload raw materials into CNC machinery. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality. Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools. Operate shears and other fabrication equipment to make accurate cuts and measurements. Perform routine machine maintenance and report mechanical or programming issues. Maintain production records and ensure work meets quality standards. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Qualifications Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred. Experience with sheet metal fabrication or roofing products is highly preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills. Experience using calipers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
