Night Shift/ Hours: 3pm till 1:30am. Monday - Thursday with Friday optional overtime if needed Position Overview: The purpose of this position is to set-up CNC machines and manufacture production and/or prototype devices/articles/customer products using machine tools using industry standard machine tool techniques; ensure Marle’s requirements are met while meeting the requirements of the customer, our quality policy and quality objectives of Marle. Skills/Other Abilities: Math Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, whole numbers and fractions in English and Metric System. Ability to use handheld calculator. Reasoning Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Physical Skills: Ability to use standard measuring and testing devices such as, but not limited to: calipers, micrometer, height gage, pin gage, radius gage, optical comparator, depth micrometer, etc. Ability to use hand tools such as, but not limited to wrenches, screwdriver, Allen wrench, etc. Trade Knowledge: Ability to read complicated drawings and specifications. Other Skills & Abilities: Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Mastercam or SolidWorks. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
