CNC Operator

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Location: Shelton, CT
Shift: 2nd Shift Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM 2:30 AM
Pay: $20.00 $23.00 per hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable CNC Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Shelton. This role involves operating CNC equipment to produce precision parts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines according to work instructions
• Load and unload parts
• Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• CNC or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures)
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working 2nd shift hours
