Position: CNC Operator Pay Rate: $27.00/hourly Location: Stockton, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating CNC and other mechanical equipment to produce high-quality parts that meet production and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and a commitment to safety and precision in a manufacturing environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Operate assigned CNC and mechanical manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor machine performance throughout production runs.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality control standards and specifications.
Perform basic troubleshooting and make minor machine adjustments as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings when applicable.
Use basic measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures, to verify product dimensions.
Complete production, quality, and operational documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
Follow all company Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
Assist with additional production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3–12 months of CNC or manufacturing experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of CNC machining or mechanical manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.
Experience using basic measuring tools and inspection equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Basic troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently under direct supervision.
Reliable attendance with a strong commitment to workplace safety.
