We are seeking an experienced machine operator to learn and operate CNC equipment for aerospace parts manufacturing.
- Assist with machine setup, tooling, and fixture preparation.
- Machine materials per work orders and blueprints, perform quality inspections.
- Make minor CNC program adjustments using G&M code knowledge.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Complete training in CNC operation, blueprint reading, quality systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Work 2nd shift, Monday-Thursday, with overtime as needed, during training on first shift.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, related machine operation experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and US person status. Preferred candidates have CNC setup, quality inspection, blueprint reading, and aerospace industry experience.
