The Position:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/u><\/i><\/b>

In this role, the CNC Machinist is expected
to:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i>
<\/p>- Set -up and operate multi -axis machines<\/span><\/span><\/i>
<\/li> - Work with blueprints, operation sheets, and other instructions<\/span><\/span><\/i>
<\/li> - Load material, deburr and inspect parts for conformance to print
requirements<\/span><\/span><\/i>
<\/li> - Communicate with supervisor, engineers, quality and other shop
personnel to resolve machining or quality issues<\/span><\/span><\/i>
<\/li> - Perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment<\/span><\/span><\/i>
<\/li> - Maintain an organized, clean and safe working environment<\/span><\/span><\/i>
<\/li><\/ul> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i>

About You:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/u><\/i><\/b>
<\/p>- Minimum of 2 years of experience<\/span><\/span><\/i>
<\/li> - Must be able to setup, optimize feed & speeds, operate and
troubleshoot<\/span><\/span><\/i>
<\/li> - Familiarity with Fanuc controls<\/span><\/span><\/i>
<\/li> - Experience utilizing standard gauges and inspection techniques
including documentation<\/span><\/span><\/i>
<\/li> - Experience selecting, setting and changing tools<\/span><\/span><\/i>
<\/li> - Experience with inspection documentation is a plus<\/span><\/span><\/i>
<\/li> - Experience in manufacturing aerospace threaded components and/or
other close tolerance parts is a plus<\/span><\/span><\/i>
