Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or other equipment) to produce quality parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Set up machines, load materials, and monitor production runs
- Perform routine inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Make minor adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of CNC operating experience
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Experience with measuring instruments and inspection processes
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
