This role is ideal for machinists and operators looking to work in a high-precision aerospace environment with consistent overtime and strong earning potential.
Operate and set up CNC machines to produce precision components
Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure tight tolerances
Maintain production efficiency while adhering to quality and safety standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives in the shop
1+ years of experience operating CNC machinery
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
Experience with machine setups, tooling, and offsets preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts
Ability to work scheduled shift with overtime opportunities
$20 – $40/hr depending on experience
Overtime available – 10+ hours per week for additional earnings
