This is a Full-Time, in-person employment position.
What Your Role Looks Like:
- Operating our Various CNC Plasma Machines
- These machines include a C&G Systems Challenger Plasma Table,
- Bend-Tech Dragon A400 Pipe and Tube Cutter,
- Blue-Roc Track Torch
- Optimizing Cutting order and processes to meet required deadlines
- Use and Adjust pre-made .ENC and .DXF files when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC operator, preferably with plasma cutting machines - Photos or Videos of past work is highly encouraged
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a fabrication environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Have the ability to adapt when jobs require
- Ability to operate a Forklift/willing to train
What Success Looks like:
- Provide Clean, organized and accurate pre-cut material to Fabricators
- Perform with little to no supervision
- Ensure Machines are maintained and in working order
