Qualifications & Skills: • Previous experience operating CNC press brakes in a manufacturing environment • Basic understanding of CNC programming, machine setup, and adjustments • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings • Proficient with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures • Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift • Team-oriented, reliable, and able to meet daily production goals
