Step into a role where precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork come together. As a CNC Press Brake Operator, you’ll transform flat sheet into accurate, repeatable parts that power real-world applications.

A day in this role

At the start of your shift, you’ll review work orders and blueprints, select tooling, and load or recall programs for the job at hand. You’ll run a first-article piece, verify dimensions and angles, and document results. Throughout the day, you’ll bend and form parts to spec, switch between jobs as priorities change, keep the machine tuned, and work closely with teammates to drive quality and throughput. You’ll wrap by tidying your area and ensuring the next job is ready to run.
