Step into a direct-hire role where your time on the floor makes a visible impact. You’ll be paired with a helper and work on proven equipment. If you’ve run a Cincinnati Proforma Brake or a Trumpf TruBend, you’ll feel right at home.

A day in this role

On your shift, you’ll coordinate with your helper, set up for the run, and keep production moving smoothly. You’ll rely on your familiarity with press brake controls and shop practices to produce quality parts efficiently.

Shifts available

• Weekend shift: 5:00am–5:00pm, Friday–Sunday
• 3rd shift: 6:30pm–4:30am, Sunday–Thursday

What helps you succeed

• Experience with Cincinnati Proforma Brake or Trumpf TruBend (preferred)
• Comfort collaborating with a designated helper on the machine
