Shape how complex parts come to life
Picture your day at Trace-A-Matic: you step into a friendly, clean, and safe, climate-controlled shop. You review a new customer print, translate the requirements into a clear routing, choose tooling, program CNC paths, and collaborate with machinists to validate first-piece quality. When production calls with a challenge, you dive into root cause, apply GD&T know‑how, and tune the process for repeatable results. Along the way, you spot opportunities to cut cycle time, tighten tolerances, and improve flow.
Why Trace-A-Matic
- People-first culture in a stable, growing company—our people are our greatest assets.
- Mission: excellence in complex precision machined components with uncompromising customer satisfaction.
