You arrive, review the production plan, and ready your station. As our CNC Production Equipment Operator, you start up and calibrate equipment, verify materials, and keep a close eye on performance throughout the shift. You document what matters, communicate with teammates, and leave the area safer and more efficient than you found it.
What you’ll handle
Run and monitor production machinery to maintain safe, efficient throughput.
Complete routine care, adjustments, and first-level troubleshooting to keep machines on spec.
Check finished parts against drawings and specifications to uphold quality standards.
Record production counts, downtime, and process notes with accuracy.
Partner with teammates to hit daily targets and deadlines.
Follow safety procedures and company policies without compromise.
Support onboarding by showing new operators correct setups and procedures.
What you bring
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
Background in machine operation or manufacturing preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and a problem-solver’s mindset.
Comfort reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
Sharp attention to detail and a passion for quality.
Ability to contribute independently and within a team.
Flexibility for varied schedules and overtime when needed.
