  • Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of CNC programs and production logs.
  • Train and mentor junior programmers and machine operators.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CNC programmer with a strong understanding of G-code.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC machining processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
  • Experience with various CNC machines, including mills and lathes.
