CNC Production Technician — Metal Fabrication

• Do you set up CNC equipment with confidence and keep it running smoothly?
• Can you read blueprints and apply GD&T while making smart offset adjustments?
• Are you comfortable inspecting parts, deburring, and jumping into manual ops when needed?
• Do you enjoy solving problems and improving the process with clear visual controls?

What you’ll handle

• CNC set-ups, production runs, and routine preventive maintenance
• In-process checks, deburring, and finishing
• Tool preparation and preset for upcoming jobs
• Updating visual management systems and supporting countermeasures
• Participating in team-based problem solving

What you bring

• 2+ years of machining experience; High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient CNC set-up and operation skills with in-process tool/offset changes
• Blueprint literacy and GD&T fluency
• Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma, or similar controls
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in an industrial environment (noise, temperature variation, fumes, chemicals)

The details you care about

• Pay range: $23.89 – $28.86/hr (experience and shift-based)
• 1st shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Mon–Fri | $23.89 – $27.51/hr
• 2nd shift: 4:00 pm – 12:30 am, Mon–Fri | $25.24 – $28.86/hr
• Track: Temporary role with opportunity to be hired full-time
