We are seeking a detail -oriented and experienced CNC Programmer<\/b> to join our team. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC machine programs to manufacture precision components according to technical specifications. This role involves working closely with engineers, machinists, and quality control teams to ensure efficient production processes and high -quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>
• <\/span>Programming:<\/b> Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) based on engineering drawings and specifications.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Machine Setup Assistance:<\/b> Collaborate with operators to set up CNC machines, ensuring the correct tools, fixtures, and materials are in place.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Process Optimization:<\/b> Analyze machining processes to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and maximize tool life.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Troubleshooting:<\/b> Identify and resolve programming issues, tool path errors, and machine malfunctions.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Documentation:<\/b> Maintain accurate records of programs, setup sheets, and tool lists for repeatability and consistency.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Quality Assurance:<\/b> Work closely with the quality control team to ensure parts meet tolerances and design requirements.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Training & Support:<\/b> Provide technical guidance and training to machine operators on program interpretation and operation.

• <\/span>Safety Compliance:<\/b> Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the workplace.

Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/p>
• <\/span>Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing or machining environment.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
<\/p>
• <\/span>Familiarity with CNC machine controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Siemens).
<\/p>
• <\/span>Excellent problem -solving skills and attention to detail.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Strong communication and collaboration skills.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast -paced environment.
<\/p>
• <\/span>High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or technical certification in machining or manufacturing is preferred.
