CNC ProgrammerThe CNC Programmer will play a key role within a precision machining environment, responsible for developing, optimising, and executing CNC programs while supporting broader manufacturing operations. This position blends hands-on machining expertise with programming and process development, ensuring efficient production of complex components while driving continuous improvement initiatives across tooling, setup, and workflow processes.Develop and optimise CNC programs using MasterCAM, including creating efficient toolpath strategies.Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machinery to support both production and prototype work.Analyse engineering drawings to design fixtures, improve processes, and enhance manufacturing efficiency.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
