CNC Programmer
Pay Rate: $25-$45 per hour

Our growing client is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support precision manufacturing operations by developing and optimizing CNC programs for high-quality production. Responsibilities of the CNC Programmer will include:
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to develop CNC machining programs
- Create, modify, and maintain CNC machine programs to meet customer specifications
- Troubleshoot and optimize CNC programs to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Set up and adjust machine parameters to support quality production
- Work with a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, and composites
- Perform routine machine inspections and basic maintenance
- Monitor raw material inventory and communicate replenishment needs
- Ensure machines are clean, properly maintained, and operating safely
- Train and support CNC operators and setup personnel on programming and machining procedures
- Maintain high standards of quality while following all workplace safety procedures
- Stay current with evolving machining technologies and manufacturing best practices
Qualifications for the role of CNC Programmer:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a CNC Programmer, CNC Operator, or similar manufacturing role required
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming, machine setup, and machining processes
- Experience with CAD/CAM software
- Familiarity with lathes, milling machines, routers, and other CNC equipment
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, machining tolerances, and manufacturing processes
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with 3D printing, robotics, or manufacturing automation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
