Our team in Military Aircraft Group is looking for a CNC Programmer with expertise in Multi-Axis Machining to join our high-performance team. You will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Technical Leader and will have an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY.

As a CNC Programmer, you will:
Create detailed operation sheets and NC programs to produce high-precision machined parts and sub-assemblies
Define manufacturing sequences, tooling, gauging, and machine requirements to streamline production
Work closely with engineering, quality, production, and vendors to resolve issues and enhance manufacturability
Be hands-on in the production environment, assisting with program prove-outs and troubleshooting
Recommend and implement process enhancements, tooling upgrades, and design modifications
Assist in estimating costs and timelines for new proposals and tooling development
To be considered for this role, here s what you ll typically bring with you:
A Bachelor s degree, or an Associate s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience
3+ years of CNC programming experience using CAD/CAM software
Experience with Multi-Axis Machining
Strong knowledge of process engineering from raw material to finished product
Hands-on experience with machine setup and operation
Excellent communication and documentation skills to work effectively across departments
