Job Title: CNC Programmer

Job Description:
We are looking to add a CNC programmer to our machining team. This person will work with Autodesk FeatureCAMto program CNC turning, milling and multi-tasking machines. This person will work closely with our manufacturing team daily to create and troubleshoot NC programs for manufacturing of various parts and components. The Programmer will occasionally step in to help set-up and operate machines when necessary.

Responsibilities:
  • Use Fusion 360 to create programs for efficient manufacturing of parts.
  • Communicate closely with engineering team to develop best practices for manufacturability of parts.
  • Assist, when necessary, in setting up and operating machines.
  • Follow workplace safety standards.
  • Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals.
  • Assist in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
  • 3+ years of Fusion 360 programming.
  • Experience machining stainless steel a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds at varying frequencies.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
