We seek an experienced CNC Programmer proficient in CAD/CAM with hands-on machining expertise.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3–5 axis Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers.
- Interpret drawings and 3D models to create efficient machining strategies.
- Design work holding fixtures and select tooling based on materials and tolerances.
- Support setup, prove-out, and in-process adjustments on the shop floor.
- Utilize probing cycles and Macro B programming for automation and verification.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain process documentation.
- Collaborate across teams to improve manufacturability and efficiency.
- Assist with quoting and create detailed setup layouts in CAD.
Requirements: 3–5 years CNC programming experience, proficiency with CAD/CAM platforms, knowledge of machining processes, and project management skills. Physical ability to perform job duties, with eligibility per ITAR regulations limited to U.S. persons. EEO employer.
