Seeking a CNC Programmer to support complex milling and turning operations in a high -precision machining environment. This role is responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs from blueprints and models, supporting multi -axis machining, and collaborating closely with engineering and production teams to ensure efficient, high -quality output. The ideal candidate has strong fundamentals in 4 -axis machining, experience with hard alloys, and hands -on programming expertise using Mastercam or NX.<\/span>

Requirements<\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
4+ years CNC programming experience using Mastercam or NX CAM software<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
4 -axis milling experience required; VTL experience strongly preferred<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Experience machining hard alloys (stainless, Inconel, specialty alloys)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Fanuc controls experience required<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Experience selecting and applying proper cutting tools<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Proficient with CAD software (SolidWorks or similar)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Experience with precision measuring tools<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

Develop CNC programs for milling and/or turning machines from blueprints, sketches, and models<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Use CAM software to create and calculate toolpaths and generate programs<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Review post -processed programs to ensure accuracy and proper code generation for specific machine tools<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Support program prove -out, optimization, and troubleshooting with operators<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Collaborate with engineering and plant supervision to resolve design, equipment, and process issues<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Design or identify appropriate work holding solutions as needed<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Review process plans and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and resolve concerns<\/span><\/span>
