The role involves programming and supporting CNC mills and lathes (Mazak experience a plus) using Mastercam in a high-volume production setting. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing CNC programs, defining tooling and process parameters, interpreting blueprints, performing basic part inspections, and maintaining program documentation. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of CNC programming experience with Mastercam, knowledge of machining processes, and familiarity with tooling, blueprints, and CNC operation.
