This individual will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and machine operators to develop efficient machining strategies, troubleshoot process issues, improve manufacturability, and ensure quality standards are met. The role offers exposure to programming, setup, tooling, fixturing, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Develop, modify, and prove out CNC programs utilizing CAD/CAM software and G-code programming.Create setup documentation, tooling plans, and machining processes to support production efficiency.Troubleshoot machining challenges and identify opportunities for cycle time, quality, and cost improvements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
