The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating, optimising, and maintaining programs for complex components using MasterCAM in a multi-axis machining environment. This role involves close collaboration with engineering and shop floor teams to ensure efficient production, program accuracy, and adherence to strict quality and safety standards. The position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Develop, simulate, and optimise CNC programs for 2D and 3D complex geometries.
Troubleshoot machining issues on the shop floor and refine existing programs.
Create detailed setup sheets, tooling plans, and work instructions.

5+ years of MasterCAM experience with 4- and 5-axis CNC programming.
Strong knowledge of tooling, fixturing, materials, and blueprint interpretation.
Proven experience in high-speed machining and process optimisation.
