$79k-$84k annually, based on experience
Day shift, Monday–Friday — 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Hands-on position working with short-run and prototype projects, offering variety beyond repetitive production work
Must Haves
5+ years of CNC machining experience with strong hands-on setup and operating knowledge
Experience programming CNC equipment using Mastercam and G-code
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and weld symbols
Experience with machining processes including milling, turning, and drilling
Strong knowledge of precision measurement tools, including height gauges and calipers
What You’ll Be Doing
Program, set up, and operate CNC machines for precision, short-run, and prototype machining projects
Develop CNC programs, select tooling and fixtures, and determine the appropriate machining approach for each job
Read engineering drawings and specifications to produce parts accurately and efficiently
Inspect completed parts, monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and troubleshoot programming or machining issues
Work closely with production team members and welders, including designing and manufacturing custom fixtures when projects require them
Nice to Haves
Strong proficiency with CAD/CAM software
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
Experience designing or fabricating custom fixtures for unique machining projects
Mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
