Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain CNC programs for manufacturing parts and assemblies, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and quality.
2. Analyze and interpret complex blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the best sequence of operations for the job.
3. Perform precision measurements of parts during production to ensure adherence to specifications and maintain high-quality standards.
4. Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve product quality.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming and machine operation.
6. Provide technical support and training to machine operators and other staff as needed.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in regulations.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming and machine operation in the Manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
3. Strong skills in precision measurement and a keen eye for detail.
4. Extensive knowledge of CNC machine operation and programming.
