This is a full-time CNC Programmer role focused on reading blueprints, designing programs, and setting up machines to produce specified components.
Responsibilities include programming CNC lathes, mills, and waterjets; coordinating with supervisors and engineering; assisting in machine setup and operation; creating setup documentation; requesting tooling; verifying parts meet customer specs; improving manufacturing methods; training operators; updating time standards; preparing for future jobs; maintaining safety and cleanliness; and supporting machine maintenance.
Ideal candidates possess strong judgment, critical thinking, coordination, time management, communication, problem-solving, planning, inspection, and monitoring skills.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and prior CNC programming experience, preferably in the food industry.
