We're hiring a CNC Programmer for our aerospace, defense, and semiconductor precision machine shop outside Philadelphia.
This isn't a desk job where you generate G-code and move on. You'll own manufacturing processes from print to production: programming complex 5-axis milling in Mastercam, designing your own fixturing and tooling in SolidWorks, and proving out programs on the floor with the machinists who run them.
Why Join Us
Print to production: Own the full process, not just the toolpath.
Floor time: Prove out your own programs alongside the machinists.
Compensation
$110k – $140k / yr
Shift
1st Shift
Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
Programming: Develop and optimize complex 3-, 40, and 5-axis CNC programs in Mastercam.
Toolpaths: Generate collision-free paths that maximize tool life and efficiency.
Process Planning: Build complete machining strategies from prints and GD&T callouts.
Fixture Design: Design workholding and tooling in Mastercam and SolidWorks.
Prove-Outs: Work at the machine with machinists on new programs.
Troubleshooting: Fix machining, tooling, dimensional, and process issues live.
