Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring they run efficiently and safely.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate parts.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and resolve issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines to minimize downtime.
- Document programming changes and maintain accurate records of production runs.
- Train and mentor junior staff on CNC programming and machine operation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming languages (e.g., G-code).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
