Responsibilities
Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring they run efficiently and safely.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate parts.
Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and resolve issues.
Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines to minimize downtime.
Document programming changes and maintain accurate records of production runs.
Train and mentor junior staff on CNC programming and machine operation.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming languages (e.g., G-code).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are preferred.
