Perform assembly and tests of stainless steel steel and other material valves and manifolds. Fill customer orders by boxing labeling and preparing assembled parts for shipping.
Programming all CNC machines: • controls Okuma • Fanuc • Haas • etc.
Program with Inventor Cam. Read and understand blueprints • Cad design • 2D AutoCAD • 3D Inventor
Make layouts for machining Troubleshoot parts and programs on the shop floor. Set up new parts on CNC Mills and Lathes Set up new parts and troubleshoot all Muratecs including loaders Manage routings on the Mainframe Work with Kanbans Work with vendors to improve tooling
Able to use all quality tools • Comparators • surface analyzers • and gages
Contribute to HPT and participate in 5S duties and team-meetings. Wear proper PPE and follow all set safety guidelines.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or designee.
Education
HighSchool Diploma or equivalent Associates Degree in Precision Machining or equivalent degree preferred
