CNC Programmer

Create and optimize CNC programs for precision components.

Use Mastercam and or NX for CNC programming.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T.

Select appropriate cutting tools and machining processes.

Support CNC machine setup and machining operations.

Troubleshoot programming and machining issues.

Improve machining cycle times and production efficiency.

Work with machinists, engineers, and production teams.

Inspect parts and maintain quality standards.

Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.

Follow manufacturing safety procedures and quality requirements.

Support continuous improvement and on time production.

CNC programming experience.

Experience with Mastercam or NX.

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong understanding of GD&T and machining processes.

CNC setup and tooling experience.

Knowledge of quality inspection methods and measuring instruments.

Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Precision machining or tooling experience preferred.

CNC programming or manufacturing technology training or certification preferred.
