Role Overview: Programs high-end CNC machines (Donatoni, GMM bridge saws, Flow waterjet) for stone fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform digital material takeoffs from architectural plans using PlanSwift.
Prepare and clean up 2D AutoCAD drawings for production.
Create optimized cutting programs (2D AutoCAD/EasyStone) for CNC machines.
Use digital slab imaging for part layout, material yield optimization, and vein matching.
Run simulations to prevent machine/tool collisions.
Qualifications:
2–3 years CNC programming experience in stone fabrication.
Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD/EasyStone and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with PlanSwift and CNC machinery (Donatoni, GMM, Flow Waterjet) preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of stone materials and CNC processes.
Must work onsite in Chatsworth, CA.
