CNC Programmer

About the Role

BASIC PURPOSE: Programming all parts for production machines in Manufacturing using the current production part prints.

SHIFT: 1st

PAY: $76,323 Annually

ACTUAL TASKS:

• Program all CNC machinery using various machine tool manufacturing formats.
• Maintain back-up programs for all CNC programs in Manufacturing. Assist with machine and robot programs as needed
• Work with machine and robot integrators for new shop floor installations.
• Troubleshoot with machine operators and maintenance technicians as needed.
• Work on the continual improvement processes for machines and automation.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of CNC controllers, Siemens, FANUC, Okuma OSP experience is a plus
• Knowledge and understanding of the metric system
• Ability to read blueprints
• Must be able to continuously meet the Company's production requirements
• Ability to organize workload for timely accomplishment of work.

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
