Position Summary
Seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator/Programmer to support production machining operations. This role is highly focused on CNC Okuma machines and requires experience running multiple machines, performing set-ups, and working with Mastercam programming. Ideal candidates are highly skilled machinists comfortable in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC Okuma milling machines
Run and monitor multiple machines simultaneously
Perform machine changeouts and set-ups
Utilize Mastercam for programming (drag-and-drop file integration)
Ensure quality and consistency of machined parts
Follow safety and production procedures
Support continuous production flow and efficiency
Requirements
5+ years of CNC Mill experience (strong preference)
Experience with Okuma CNC machines
Mastercam programming experience required
Ability to perform multiple set-ups and changeouts
Comfortable running more than one machine at a time
Must be a U.S. Citizen
High School Diploma required
Must pass 4-panel drug screen and criminal background check (federal & state, 7-year)
Must pass physical requirements for the role
