We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist to manage the entire process from print to finished part, solving complex machining challenges for high-precision components.
- Program and set up CNC mills/lathes using G-code/M-code and CAD/CAM.
- Interpret blueprints, models, and sketches to determine machining sequences, tooling, and fixturing.
- Perform setups, offsets, test runs, and inspections to ensure tight tolerances with precision measuring tools.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and document standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and mentor less-experienced staff.
Requirements: Proven CNC experience, strong blueprint/CAD/GD&T skills, proficiency with CAD/CAM and controls (Fanuc, Siemens), solid math and troubleshooting skills, and team-oriented communication. Technical training or certifications are a plus.
