CNC Programmer / Machinist

CNC Programmer / Machinist Requirements:

• 2-3 + Years of CNC Set Up or Programming experience required
• HAAS CNC Mill experience (VF2, VF-4, Etc) required
• Programming or MasterCAM experience preferred
• Experience Machining Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Tool Steel, or Plastics on Multi Axis Mills preferred
• Job Shop, Prototype/Short-Run Production, or Lean Manufacturing experience preferred

CNC Programmer / Machinist Responsibilities:

• This role involves programming, setting up, and operating Haas CNC milling machines to manufacture precision machined components
• Responsibilities include creating and editing CNC programs using Mastercam, performing machine setups, selecting tooling and workholding, etc.
• Additional duties include reading blueprints and GD&T, making machine adjustments, performing quality inspections, and troubleshooting machining and programming issues
• Work primarily includes prototype, short-run, and production machining of aluminum, stainless steel, tool steel, plastics, and other precision components using 3- and 4-axis Haas CNC mills in a custom job shop facility
